Welcome to Arham One, a dedicated digital infrastructure designed exclusively for religious trusts, temple samitis, Jain derasars, ashrams, and devasthans. By registering a trust account, accessing our cloud software, or utilizing our donation counter, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Multi-Tenant Architecture & Absolute Data Isolation
Arham One guarantees strict multi-tenant data segregation across our entire cloud architecture:
-
100% Tenant Segregation: Every registered temple trust operates inside an isolated logical workspace. Under no circumstances can any software owner, trustee, or administrator view, query, or mutate the records, donations, or accounts of another trust.
-
Full Trust Ownership: The registered religious institution retains absolute, unencumbered ownership of all devotee directories, donation vouchers, bank records, and cashbooks.
-
Zero Cross-Tenant Leaks: All master configurations, receipt series, member ID cards, and financial statements are strictly encrypted and scoped to the active tenant's authenticated ID.
2. Statutory Compliance & Cash Limits (Section 269ST)
The platform provides built-in statutory compliance tools to protect religious trusts under Indian tax laws:
-
Section 269ST Cash Auto-Split: As per statutory guidelines, cash receipts above ₹9,000 in a single day/transaction are automatically split into separate compliant vouchers with individual devotee/family member attribution.
-
Trustee Responsibility: While Arham One automates compliance formatting, the temple trustees remain solely responsible for statutory annual filings (Form 10BD, 80G donation statements, and Charity Commissioner returns).
-
Audit Trail: All vouchers, daybook entries, and pledge conversions maintain immutable timestamp and user attribution logs for internal and statutory audit purposes.
3. Chadava, Boli Pledges & Automated Reminders
The platform provides dedicated modules for festival auctions, boli pledges, and holy chadhava:
-
Pledge Recording: Boli and Chadava pledges recorded by trustees represent devotional commitments made during auspicious occasions.
-
1-Click Donation Conversion: Outstanding pledges may be converted into official donation receipts at any time via the quick modal or the full POS donation counter.
-
Automated Reminder Suppression: Once a pledge has been fulfilled or converted into an official donation receipt, all automated reminder notifications and WhatsApp alerts for that pledge are permanently suppressed.
4. Digital Receipts & WhatsApp Communications
Communication dispatched through the platform must honor the devotional nature of the trust:
-
Devotee Acknowledgment: Digital receipts issued via WhatsApp or SMS serve as formal devotional acknowledgments and proof of donation for the devotee.
-
Anti-Spam & Devotional Respect: The messaging system must only be used for legitimate trust communications (donation acknowledgments, utsav announcements, and gentle pledge reminders). Commercial marketing or unrelated broadcasting is strictly prohibited.
5. User Accounts & Role-Based Access Control
To preserve security and integrity of trust operations:
-
Super Admin Control: The primary trustee registering the account receives Super Admin credentials and can designate sub-users (Counter Clerk, Cashier, Pujari, Auditor) with customized role permissions.
-
Credential Safeguards: Trustees must safeguard login credentials. Multi-session logins and concurrent staff counters are secured with session token rotation.
6. Service Availability & Cloud Reliability
Arham One is hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure with continuous automated backups. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, services are provided on a high-availability basis. Trusts may export complete offline backups of their daybooks, donation logs, and member records at any time via the export utilities.
